This is our second project in the historic Apthorp Building, one of the earliest apartment buildings in NYC.

Building on our knowledge of the Apthorp, this considerable apartment was reconfigured and reimagined using the original and suitable new details. Since the existing condition was not ideal, nearly all of the panelling, plaster coves, casings, doors and windows are new.
