This expansive apartment is in the Historic Apthorp Apartment Building, one of the earliest apartment buildings in NYC.

The existing apartment, with dramatic views into the grand courtyard, was completely renovated to bring back all the original detail that had been removed over the years.

We documented the original details from adjacent apartments and had them replicated in the both the public and private rooms of the apartment - plaster moldings, cabinetry, mosaic floors
